NEW DELHI: Delhi University colleges have released the consolidated DU fifth cut-off list 2021 for undergraduate merit-based programmes today, November 8. Candidates can check the DU 5th cut-off 2021 by visiting the official website of the Delhi University colleges. Jesus and Mary College has released 99.75% cut off for BA Psychology for students who have not included psychology in best of four score.

College of Vocational Studies has closed admission for many courses such as BA Hons Economics, BA Hons Hindi and BA Hons History, but for programmes like BA Hons English and BCom Hons in the fifth cut-off list of CVS 2021. Under the previous DU cut-off lists, around 2,14,347 applications have been received by Delhi University and 68,849 students have paid the admission fee.
DU admission 2021 under fifth cut-off will be held from November 9 to 10. Delhi University will approve the admission against the DU 2021 fifth cut off by November 11 (5 pm). Candidates can pay the admission fee against the DU fifth cut off 2021 till November 12 (5 pm). The DU special drive cut off list 2021 will be released on November 13.
The DU first cut-off 2021 was released on October 1. The DU second cut-off 2021 was released on October 9. Delhi University colleges have released the DU 3th cut-off 2021 on October 16. Delhi University released the DU special cut-off list 2021 on October 25. The DU 2021 first NCWEB cut off has been released on October 29. The DU 4th cut off list 2021 was released on October 30.. Candidates who did not qualify for the fourth cut off list can check the DU 5th cut-off list 2021.
The fifth cut-off of DU 2021 is prepared on the basis of different parameters like candidate’s marks in the Class 12th examination, opted programme, best of four subjects and number of seats available after the fourth round counselling. The DU UG cut off 2021 is released to enroll students into 70,000 seats offered at various undergraduate programmes in 64 colleges.

DU NCWEB 2nd cut-off 2021: Admission from November 9
The University of Delhi will commence the admissions for DU NCWEB second cut off 2021 from November 9 and the last date of admission is November 12. The last date to pay the DU NCWEB second cut off admission fee is November 14.

The University of Delhi has released the DU 2nd NCWEB cut off 2021 for BA and BCom programmes on November 8 at du.ac.in. In the second cut-off list of DU NCWEB 2021, some popular colleges like Hansraj College and Miranda House have closed admissions for BCom programme. The highest cut-off score for BCom is 82% at Jesus and Mary College followed by 81% at Maitreyi College. In BA programme, SPM College has released 82% cut-off for BA programme Economics + Political Science.

DU NCWEB 1st cut-off 2021 released
The Non Collegiate Women Education Board of Delhi University has released the DU NCWEB first cut off 2021 on October 29 at du.ac.in. The university started the DU NCWEB admission 2021 against the first cut-off list from November 1. The students who meet the DU NCWEB cut-off requirements could complete the online document verification process and pay the admission fee. The Delhi University principals approved the DU NCWEB admission 2021 against the first cut-off till November 6 (5 pm). The last date to pay the DU NCWEB admission fee for the first cut-off was November 7 (5 pm).

DU cut-off: JMC fourth cut-off 2021
Jesus and Mary College will release the JMC fifth cut-off list 2021 soon at jmc.ac.in for its UG programmes. JMC has released 97.5% cut-off for BCom Hons and 96.5% cut-off for BCom in the DU 4th cut-off 2021.

DU special drive cut-off list 2021 on November 13
If the seats remain vacant after the DU 5th cut-off 2021, the Delhi University will announce the special drive cut-off list on November 13.The admission for DU special drive cut-off list will begin from November 14 and will be over by November 15. Candidates will be able to pay the admission fee under special drive cut-off list of DU 2021 till November 16.

Delhi University offers around 70,000 seats in the DU affiliated colleges. Most of the seats are already filled in popular colleges such as Hindu College, Hansraj College, Jesus and Mary College and SRCC. In the 4th cut-off list of DU 2021, no seats were available for reserved category students at Shri Ram College of Commerce.

DU receives 2,144,347 applications
Delhi University has received as many as 2,14,347 applications as per the official data shared by university officials on Saturday. In total, 68,849 students have made the payment under all the previous DU cut-off lists. Delhi University to name colleges after Veer Savarkar and Sushma Swaraj: Sources
The executive council of Delhi University in a meeting has decided to name forthcoming colleges after Veer Savarkar and late BJP minister, Sushma Swaraj, as per the report by PTI . The council also proposed to change the process of screening and appointment of assistant professors despite dissent by three members of council. The council also suggested names of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Savitri Bai Phule, Arun Jaitley, Choudhary Brahm Prakash and CD Deshmukh.

Delhi govt calls for an action against 12 DU principals
The Delhi government has asked Delhi University to initiate an action against the principals of 12 DU colleges and accused them of "inciting teachers" and "creating a hostile education environment" over funding issues. In a letter written to the newly appointed Vice-Chancellor of Delhi University, Yogesh Singh the Delhi govt said that the principals in their leadership role have been leading adverse critical and embarrassing chants.
