Download NowNEW DELHI: The University of Delhi conducted a webinar through a Facebook live session to clear doubts of DU aspirants and share details about the admission process of Delhi University on June 23. The live session started from 11 am and continued till 1 pm. The webinar was hosted by Prof. Shobha Bagai, dean of admission, Dr. Haneet Gandhi, deputy dean admission and Dr. Suman Kumar, member admission branch.

The webinar session aimed to clear the concerns of students and answer all the queries related to the DU admission 2020 process. The University of Delhi has cancelled the open days this year in the view of Covid-19 pandemic.
The registration process of Delhi University has started from June 20. The last date of registration is July 4. Over 94,000 students have registered within 48 hours of opening the registration window, as per official data.
Latest Updates about admission process
12:53 pm - If the subject or syllabus for equivalence is not available, then candidates have to write a mail to the DU helpdesk and the university will verify from the head of the concerned departments and revert students.
12:48 pm - Candidates can choose more than one course in the same application.
12:40 pm - 12 UG courses will be offered through the entrance test.
12:35 pm -Candidates will be able to make four choices of exam centres while filling the admission form.
12:30 pm - Sports quota admissions - certificates accepted only for last 3 years
12:23 pm - Applicants will get an opportunity to update their class 12th marks, after CBSE result declaration. They need to log in using their registered email ID and login details by visiting the DU admission portal.
12: 15 pm - Only candidates with NCC and NSS certificates will be considered for admissions under the ECA category while admissions under the sports category will be granted based on merit certificates.
12:02 pm - No trails for ECA.
12:01 pm - A special cut off will be announced after the fifth cut off.
11:55 am - Five cut off lists will be announced for Delhi University UG admissions 2020.
11: 50 am - EWS and OBC certificate of state will not be accepted. Candidates need to apply online and for a central OBC certificate of the same financial year.
11:41 am - No medical certificate is required.
11: 30 am - There is no need for a domicile certificate for the document verification process as there is no reservation for students having domicile of Delhi.
