NEW DELHI: The Footwear Design and Development Institute (FDDI) will begin the registrations for admission to its bachelor’s and master's degree programmes for the academic session 2024-25 from October 25, 2023.
Candidates willing to take admissions to various UG and PG programmes related to footwear and design will be able to apply online through the official website, fddiindia.com.

The FDDI AIST 2024 entrance exam will be held in pen and paper mode with a duration of 2 hours 30 minutes. A total of 150 questions will be asked in the FDDI AIST exam 2024 for a total of 200 marks. There will be no negative marking in the FDDI entrance exam 2024.
The institute offers BDes programmes in footwear design and production, production and management, retail and fashion merchandise, leather goods and accessories design, and fashion design and MDes.
The candidates will have to qualify for the All India Selection Test (AIST) conducted by the Footwear Design and Development Institute to take admission into various design programs offered by the institute.
FDDI AIST 2024 Exam: Eligibility criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the FDDI AIST exam 2024.
- Candidates must have completed or appeared in the Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognized board of education.
- A student must have a valid scorecard from the All India Senior Secondary School Examination (AISSCE), Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE), State Board, or an equivalent examination.
- The maximum age for the FDDI entrance exam is 25 years old as on July 1, 2024.
