GATE 2021: Correction facility in GATE application form to open from Oct 28

Try NowNEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay will start the correction facility in GATE application form 2021 from October 28. Candidates having any mistakes in their GATE 2021 application form will be allowed to rectify the defects during the correction period. Last date to make corrections is November 13.
GATE application form 2021 undergoes a process of scrutiny after submission by candidate. Application forms which are found to have any defect are marked and candidates are informed through email, SMS in mobile for making the corrections.
To make corrections, candidates will be required to login at GOAPS portal at GATE 2021 official website. After making the corrections, candidates will have to re-submit the application form within the specified time, November 13.
GATE application correction facility 2021 will also be open for making other changes. Candidates can modify category, paper selection for which appearing and exam city during the correction facility. To make changes in category and paper, candidates will have to pay Rs.500 while change in exam city will be free.
GATE application form 2021 is open up to October 7. Candidates can also fill application form till October 12 with late fees. GATE 2021 will be conducted on February 5 to 7 and 12 to 14.
