IGNOU July Admission 2025: Registration begins on ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in for online, ODL programmes

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) opened the registration window for the July 2025 admission 2025 to Open and Distance Learning (ODL) programmes. Eligible candidates can register for IGNOU July 2025 admission through the official website at ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

To register for the IGNOU July online programmes, candidates will have to visit the official website at ignouiop.samarth.edu.in. The last date to complete the registration process for the IGNOU July admission 2025 is July 15.

To register for IGNOU July admission 2025, candidates will have to create the DEB ID first. “The DEB ID is mandatory for submission of the application. Please create your DEB ID before starting the application process,” the official notice said. According to the official website, eligible students can also apply for Government of India scholarships through the National Scholarship Portal at scholarships.gov.in once their admission is confirmed.

Candidates will have to upload the following documents during the registration process for the IGNOU July 2025 admission.

• Scanned photograph (file size less than 100 KB)
• Scanned signature (file size less than 100 KB)
• Scanned copy of relevant educational qualification documents (file size less than 200 KB)
• Scanned copy of experience certificate, if any (file size less than 200 KB)

IGNOU July 2025 Admission: Registration fee, admission cancellation, and fee refund

Candidates can cancel their application through their login. Once cancelled, the application cannot be restored, and any eligible refund will be processed according to the university’s rules. Candidates can check the registration fee, cancellation of admission and fee refund policy outlined below.

• The registration fee is non-refundable.
• Fees paid will be refunded only before admission confirmation.
• If cancellation is requested after admission confirmation, 15% of the programme fee, up to Rs 2,000, will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• For students opting for a soft copy of the study material, the refund will be processed after deducting only the registration fee.
• If a student with a fee exemption has paid only the registration and development fees, only the development fee will be refunded upon cancellation.
• No fee refund will be provided after 60 days from the admission closing date.
