IIIT Delhi MTech ECE, CB allotment 2025 results out for GATE, non-GATE seats; CSE merit list on May 19

IIIT Delhi MTech Computer Science and Engineering (MTech CSE) merit list and allotment results for round 1 will be announced on Monday at the official website, iiitd.ac.in/admission/mtech/2025.
IIIT Delhi MTech Admission 2025: Indraprastha Institute Of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT Delhi) has declared the merit list and seat allotment list 2025 for MTech Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and Computational Biology (CB) for round 1. The seat allotment result for the IIIT Delhi MTch Computer Science of Engineering (CSE) has been postponed to May 19.
As per the IIIT Delhi MTech merit list 2025, Indra Raj, Ameya S Moghe, and Aarushi Gupta have been awarded first three ranks respectively for the MTech ECE admissions. Prachi, Shreya Gupta, and Sunandini Chowdhury have been awarded first three ranks in the merit list prepared for MTech Computational Biology.
Candidates can check the IIIT Delhi provisional allotment result link 2025 on the official website, iiitd.edu.in/mtech2025/. The last date to pay the admission fee is May 26. Students who have been allotted seats in their desired courses will have to complete the document verification on July 17 in IIIT Delhi campus.
Students who have been allotted seats under the reserved category will have to submit the caste certificate along with the admission fee by May 26. “M.Tech CSE (GATE, Non-GATE, and Research) merit list and allocation details will be published on Monday,” the official website read.
