IIM Sambalpur Convocation 2023: 322 MBA graduates of 6th, 7th batches get degrees
Highest salary package offered this year at IIM Sambalpur was Rs 64.61 lakh per annum and the international package was at Rs 64.15 lakh per annum.

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur conferred degrees upon 322 MBA graduates of 2020-2022 and 2021-2023 batches in the annual convocation ceremony. The IIM Sambalpur convocation 2023 was organised today on campus.
The convocation was attended by Odisha governor Ganeshi Lal; Sukanyya Misra, MD at JP Morgan Chase Ltd; Arundhati Bhattacharya, chairman of the board of governors at IIM Sambalpur and chairman of Salesforce India, along with Mahadeo Jaiswal, director of IIM Sambalpur.
"Today, as we stand at the precipice of a world increasingly shaped by innovation and technology, it is your responsibility as graduates of IIM Sambalpur to not just thrive in the new era, but to be its architects also," stated Arundhati Bhattacharya chairman of Salesforce India.
“As a latest and modern generation IIM that excels in three core areas: teaching, research, and incubation. It stands out among other IIMs by setting a praiseworthy standard of gender diversity, a trend which has been carried forward by IIM Sambalpur," said Mahadeo Jaiswal the IIM Sambalpur director.

During the IIM Sambalpur MBA placements 2023, the highest salary package was recorded at Rs 64.61 lakh per annum and the international salary package was at Rs 64.15 lakh per annum. The institute saw a 100 percent placement rate this year. This shows a growth of 146.7 percent over the previous year. Additionally, there has been an increase in average salaries of 26 percent and 29 percent, respectively.
