IIT Delhi and NITIE Mumbai announces joint postgraduate diploma programme

Download NowNEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE) Mumbai will be introducing a joint postgraduate programme for executives -- Visionary Leaders for Manufacturing (PGPEX-VLFM). Registration for the course will be open from September 21 to October 20 at the official website of both the institutes iitd.ac.in and nitie.edu . The programme is a one year full time residential programme for engineers having 5-12 years of experience in the manufacturing domain.

According to the authorities, candidates with a Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech and with an industrial experience of 5 to 12 years in the manufacturing domain can apply for the programme. Candidates will be shortlisted as per their application, and they will have to participate in the admission test and interview which will be held between October 26 and 28, 2020. The course will commence in the second week of February, 2021.
Industry-sponsored candidates will also have seats available for admissions. Sponsored candidates a letter of sponsorship from their parent organization at the time of application. Sponsored candidates will have to fill in the Sponsorship Form available on the program website. Sponsored candidates will also be required to attend the written test and personal interview conducted by IIT Delhi on the scheduled date.
