IMT Ghaziabad records Rs 35 LPA highest package; 400 students placed in December 2025 placements

IMT Ghaziabad December 2025 Placements: The average and median salary packages stood at Rs 18.89 lakh per annum (LPA) and Rs 17.56 LPA, respectively.
Institute of Management Technology Ghaziabad (IMT Ghaziabad) has recorded the highest salary package of Rs 35 lakh per annum during the December 2025 placement drive. A total of 400 students have been placed in 135 companies across various sectors.
The average and median salary packages stood at Rs 18.89 LPA (lakh per annum) and Rs 17.56 LPA, respectively. Around 25 per cent of the offers were made through Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs).
The Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) emerged as the top recruiting sector, accounting for around 24 per cent of the total salary offered. The IT and ITES followed with 17 per cent, while consulting and FMGE sectors each recruited about 12 per cent students.
The investment banking and Global Capacity Centres (GCCs) contributed 8 per cent each, while e-commerce accounted for 5 per cent of the total offers.

Barnali Chaklader, dean, academics and programmes, said: “We invited recruiters based on sectoral and functional alignment with student preferences. This year, we introduced the role competency framework to enable a seamless transition from hiring to high performance. The objective is to optimise three critical talent metrics for recruiters—Time to Recruit, Time to Deploy, and Time to Perform.”
The IMT Ghaziabad December 2025 PDGM placement drive saw recruiters from top-notch companies such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, Deloitte, KPMG, Amazon, Flipkart, Accenture, Adobe, Nestlé, Asian Paints, HSBC, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, and HDFC Ergo, among others.
They offered roles across fields, including strategy, consulting, product management, analytics, sales leadership, finance, and specialised functional profiles.
The management institute’s top 100 offers recorded an average CTC of Rs 24.57 lakh, while offers in the 101 to 200 range averaged Rs 18.89 lakh. Packages for offers 201 to 300 average Rs 16.17 lakh, and those in the 301 to 400 range stood at Rs 15.01 lakh, as per the official statement.

The IMT Ghaziabad 2026 January phase placements will focus on sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, healthtech, logistics, and the expanding GCC ecosystem, it said. Moreover, it is also planning to conduct the placements for student pursuing international PGDM programmes through separate, and customised process, as per the press release.
