NEW DELHI: The Indian School of Business (ISB) has launched a post-graduate programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL). As per the ISB official website, PGP YL is a full-time, Master of Business Administration (MBA-equivalent), residential post-graduate management programme designed for aspirants with up to 2 years experience.
The duration of this post-graduate programme is 20 months and the last date to register for the PGP YL is December 15. As per the institute, the selection process for this programme will have two stages.
In the first stage, candidates will be shortlisted based on a combination of factors, including consistent and high academic performance, awards and achievements, essay submissions, and test scores. In the second stage, shortlisted candidates will undergo personal interviews conducted by senior industry leaders, faculty members from the Indian School of Business (ISB), and alumni.

Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any discipline is required.
Test Scores: Applicants must have a valid Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) score, Graduate Record Examination (GRE) score (test centre-based tests only), or Common Admission Test (CAT) score as of the deadline for the application round they are applying for.
Work Experience: Candidates should have no more than 0–24 months of work experience as of June 15 in the year they plan to join the program.
Additional Requirement: If the medium of instruction for the applicant’s prior education was not English, they must provide a valid Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score.

The institute provides various scholarships to improve access to the programme. Merit-based scholarships are given to candidates with the highest comprehensive interview scores, covering up to 100% of the fees. Need-cum-merit scholarships are offered to candidates who show merit and require financial assistance.
The ISB Develop India Scholarship is for students focused on contributing to India’s growth and development, helping them pursue careers in this area. “Around 40-50% of the class is expected to receive scholarships,” the official website read.
