Download NowThe Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has opened the edit option for Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET)-2026 application forms. The KCET correction portal will remain open until March 30 at KEA’s official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
Applicants will be given an opportunity to edit and update the details through the online portal even after the last date of filling the CET applications. However, KEA clarified that candidates will not be permitted to submit fresh applications after the deadline.
The examination authority has emphasized that only the information in the final submitted application will be saved on the server and treated as valid for further processing.

Special instructions have also been issued for Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates applying under internal reservation categories such as Category-A, Category-B, and Category-C. These candidates must obtain caste certificates with internal reservation details from the concerned Tahsildar and correctly enter the Revenue Department (RD) number in their CET-2026 application. KEA noted that some applicants had entered RD numbers from earlier certificates without internal reservation details, which may affect their eligibility.
The notice also clarified that only candidates who correctly enter the RD number in the online form will be considered for seat allotment under the respective reserved category.
The authority has urged candidates to ensure that accurate information is submitted within the stipulated timeline which is March 30 to avoid complications during seat allotment.
