Kerala SSLC, Class 11: Six-member committee to investigate paper leak on YouTube channel

Kerala director of public education has filed a complaint with the Director General of Police (DGP) and the cyber cell in connection with the appearance of some parts of the half-yearly exam on YouTube channel. A six-member committee has also been formed to conduct an internal investigation in this matter, said Kerala’s general education minister, V Sivankutty.
A meeting of top officials of the state education department was called today in connection with the Kerala SSLC and Class 11 half-yearly exam question paper leak on YouTube channel.
The committee will be led by the Director of Public Education Shanavas.S IAS, and also includes additional secretary, Public Education Department Meenambika; additional director (general) Shibu; joint commissioner of examination Bhavan Girish Cholayil; joint director, Higher Secondary Academic Division, Shajida; and Deputy Director Q.I.P. Dhanya.

Report in 1 month
The minister of general education, V Sivankutty, has instructed the members of the committee to submit a report within a month after conducting an internal investigation.
“If there are any shortcomings in the distribution of question papers, it will be resolved and moved forward,” the education minister said during the press conference.
In October 2024, in a meeting held by the chief minister, it was recommended that the documents submitted by the SCERT Director regarding the conduct of the examination be examined.
V Sivankutty met with the state police chief in person regarding the Kerala Christmas exam paper leak. He also apprised chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan of the matter.
