MCC announces two additional rounds of NEET UG Counselling 2025; Gujarat to fill 33 BDS seats

The MCC NEET UG choice filling 2025 facility for round 5 is underway and will be closed today at 11 am. Candidates who have filled their preferences may lock their choices before the deadline.
The seat allotment result for MCC NEET UG round 5 counselling will be declared on December 12 on the official website, mcc.nic.in. The seats remaining unfilled after the fifth round will be notified for round 6, registration for which will begin on December 20.
The final round of NEET UG 2025 counselling will conclude on December 31. In the previous round, 1,129 candidates were allotted seats.

Gujarat NEET UG round 5 counselling
Following this announcement, the Admission Committee for Professional Under Graduate Medical Courses (ACPUGMEC) has announced the schedule for round 5 and 6 to fill 33 BDS seats lying vacant.
Out of 33 BDS seats, only six management quota seats are vacant, the remaining 27 seats are government quota (GQ) seats. The online registration window will be closed today at 5 pm and the document verification will be held on December 12.
To participate in the final two rounds of Gujarat NEET UG counselling 2025 , candidates will have to purchase a PIN by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs 1,000 and a refundable security deposit of Rs 10,000.
After completing the online registration, candidates are required to take an appointment for document verification and submission of self-attested documents at help centres. A total of 29 help centres have been set up by the state government for document verification purposes.

Eligibility criteria for NEET UG final round counselling
As per the eligibility criteria, students who have passed Class 12 science stream from schools located in Gujarat state affiliated to the state board or central board, Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), Cambridge University, or National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) are eligible to apply.
All applicants should have a valid score in NEET UG 2025 conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and should not have registered in the first four rounds of counselling. Those who did not confirm their admission after being allotted in round 2 or exited with forfeiture of refundable security deposit and failed to complete fresh registration during round 3 and 4 are only eligible for the additional admission process.
Candidates who were admitted in MBBS, BDS, or AYUSH courses will not be considered for the vacant seats. Those allotted seats in the fourth round of counselling will not be eligible. Additionally, 134 candidates who cancelled their AYUSH seats cannot apply for the final rounds of Gujarat NEET UG counselling.
