NEET SS special mop-up round counselling registration begins at mcc.nic.in; who can apply?
Candidates who are not holding any seat in round 1 and 2 are eligible to participate in the NEET SS 2022 special mop-up round.

NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has began the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test- Super Specialty (NEET SS) special mop-up round counselling today. All candidates who secured above 20th percentile will be eligible for SS counseling for DM, MCh, DNB SS courses.
Applicants will have to register for the NEET SS special mop-up round counselling 2022 on the MCC official website, mcc.nic.in. A candidate already allotted and joined a seat in previous rounds will not be eligible to participate in the special mop-up round.
As per the decision of ministry of health and family welfare (MoHFW) the qualifying percentile has been reduced to 20th percentile from the existing 50th percentile.
“Candidates who will be allotted seats in a special mop-up round will have to report at the allotted Institute and join the seat with their original documents. The security deposit of candidates who do not join their allotted seats will be forfeited as per the counselling policy,” the MCC informed.
NEET SS Counselling 2022: Who can apply?
Candidates who are not holding any seat in round 1 and round 2 are eligible to participate in the NEET SS 2022 special mop-up round.
Candidates who did not join their allotted seats in previous rounds and exited with forfeiture can participate in counselling after using ‘RESET Registration’ option and paying the requisite fee.
