Try NowNEW DELHI: Around 24 lakh registered candidates are awaiting NEET UG admit card 2024. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test undergraduate (NEET UG 2024) exam this Sunday on May 5. With just four days left for the exam, NEET hall ticket 2024 is expected to be out soon at the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. NEET UG Admit Card 2024 Live
The NEET city slip was issued recently to inform candidates about where the exam centres will be allocated. The NEET question paper will comprise four subjects - physics, chemistry, botany, zoology - each carrying two sections. Section A will consist of 35 questions and section B will have 15 unanswered questions. Students will get 3 hours and 20 minutes to attempt the questions.
Every correct answer will be given 4 marks and one mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. As per the marking scheme, section A will carry 140 marks and section B will carry 40 marks, totalling to 720 marks.
NEET UG entry timings, documents
Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre after 1.30 pm. Therefore, the testing agency has advised candidates to leave home well in advance taking into consideration various factors such as traffic, location, weather conditions. Candidates will have to carry only the following documents to the examination hall.
- NEET admit card along with passport size photograph affixed on it, same as the one uploaded during registration.
- One passport size photograph to be affixed on the attendance sheet.
- Valid government-issued original photo identification, PwD certificate, if applicable.
- One postcard size (4”X6”) colour photograph with white background should be pasted on the proforma downloaded with the NEET hall ticket 2024 and should be handed over to invigilator at centre.
How to download NEET hall ticket 2024
Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the NTA NEET UG hall ticket 2024.
- Visit the NEET UG official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/ or neet.ntaonline.in.
- Click on the NEET admit card download link on the homepage (not active yet).
- Enter your application number, password or date of birth, security code displayed on the screen.
- The NEET hall ticket will be displayed on the screen.
- Check the exam centre, timings, location and personal details.
- Contact the helpdesk immediately in case of any discrepancies.
- Download the NEET admit card for future reference.
