NIT cut-off 2024 for BTech Computer Science and Engineering; JoSAA opening, closing ranks

Use NowNEW DELHI: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) round 1 seat allocation 2024 results were announced recently for admission to BTech programmes offered at various participating institutes. National Institute of Technology Karnataka’s (NIT Karnataka) computer science and engineering (CSE) opened at JEE Advanced rank 14 and closed at AIR 1,423, while NIT Tiruchirappalli’s CSE opened at rank 299 and closed at 1,019.
Candidates who have been selected in the round 1 JoSAA counselling 2024 will have to report to the allotted college by June 24 by 5 pm. The second round of JoSAA seat allocation will be declared on June 27 at the official website, josaa.nic.in.
Indian Institute of Technology Bombay’s BTech Computer Science and Engineering remains the first preference of JEE Advanced toppers 2024. JEE Advanced rank 1 to 68 opted for BTech CSE at IIT-B this year.
Of the 1,80,200 candidates who took the Joint Entrance Examination Advanced (JEE Advanced 2024), 48,248 candidates qualified the IIT, NIT entrance exam. Ved Lahoti from IIT Delhi zone bagged JEE Advanced rank 1 in Common Rank List (CRL) by scoring 355 out of 360 marks.
