NMMS Gujarat 2025: The last date to apply for the scholarship is January 11, 2025.
NEW DELHI : The State Examination Board Gujarat has released the Gujarat National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS) application form. Candidates can now apply for the NMMS scholarship through the official website at sebexam.org.
According to the latest update, the last to apply for the NMMS scholarship is January 11, 2025. The NMMS Gujarat exam will be held on February 16, 2025. Candidates will be able to pay the scholarship application fee till January 13, 2025.
Candidates who can qualify for the exam will be eligible for the scholarship award of Rs 1,000 per month, that is, Rs 12,000 every year. The scholarship amount will be directly transferred to the bank accounts of the eligible candidates by the ministry of education, government of India.
Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying for the scholarship and also submit all the accurate documents as required. The NMMS merit list will be issued after the exam and candidates will be able to check their results. The shortlisted candidates will have their names on the PDF merit list.

Gujarat NMMS 2025: Eligibility criteria
Candidates applying for the Gujarat NMMS 2025 must check the eligibility criteria before filling out the application form. Given below are the eligibility criteria for the scholarship.

Candidates in Class 7 from the general and OBC categories must secure at least 55% marks and SC. ST candidates must secure 50% marks to be eligible.

Candidates studying in Class 8 as regular students in government, government aided and local body schools can apply.

Candidates whose annual family income is not more than Rs 3, 50, 000 per annual.

Candidates studying in NVS, KVS, Sainik School, or private schools are not eligible for the NMMS scholarship.

Candidates in residential schools or other adopted schools under the state government are not eligible for application.
