New Delhi, January 5: National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the January session of JEE Main 2020 from tomorrow i.e., January 6. Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Plan) of JEE Main 2020 will be conducted on the first day while the remaining days will be for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech). The examination will be computer based (except for drawing section in Paper 2 B.Arch). There will be two shifts for each day (9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM).

While reporting for the examination, the candidates should follow certain guidelines and are expected to avoid some common mistakes so that their examination process is smooth.

  • Do not forget ID proof: Along with the admit card, the valid photo ID proof is also an important document that has to be presented at the examination hall.

  • Reach the exam hall before time : Candidates are advised to reach the exam centre atleast an hour before the official time since there will a lot of security checks.

  • Do not carry any extra items: The candidates will not be allowed to carry anything inside the centre except their admit card and photo ID card.

  • No unfair means : Any candidate who is caught indulging in unfair means will be disqualified.
