NTA moves JEE Main 2025 to January 28, 29 for 114 candidates citing technical snag at Karnataka centre

NEW DELHI : The National Testing Agency (NTA) has rescheduled the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 for 114 candidates due to technical snag in a Karnataka centre. NTA also informed that the JEE Main admit card 2025 of these candidates will be issued fresh along with the other aspirants who are going to appear for the January 28, 29 exams.
“Due to unavoidable reason of technical snag in Examination Centre Talent, (TC code- 40086), No. 3, Belmar Estate, Nagasandra Main Rd, Amaravathi Layout, Nagara Bavi, Nalagadderanahalli, Peenya Bengaluru, Karnataka, during conduct of JEE (Main)-2025 Session-I (Shift-I) Examination on 22 January 2025, the examination for 114 affected candidates are rescheduled and will be conducted on 28/29 January 2025,” the testing agency said in an official notification.
“These candidates will be issued with fresh admit cards along with other candidates scheduled to appear on the above mentioned dates,” it added.
JEE Main 2025 January 22 exam is being conducted today in two shifts. The first shift is already over at 12 noon and the second shift has started at 3 pm. The JEE Main 2025 January 22 shift 2 exam will conclude at 6 pm.
