NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has re-opened the application form of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET 2021 from October 21 to 26. NEET 2021 application form correction window has also been re-opened to edit phase 1 and phase 2 registration details. Eligible candidates can fill phase 2 NEET registration and edit fields at neet.nta.nic.in.

The re-opening of the NEET-UG application form correction window has been done after receiving numerous requests from candidates. Students are also advised to verify the filled in email address as the NEET scorecard will be sent to the registered ID.
In the NEET registration correction window for first and second phase, aspirants can edit gender, nationality, e-mail address, category, sub-category and all fields of second phase application form.

As per the latest update, NTA has again opened the NEET 2nd phase registration 2021 and correction window from October 21 to 26 till 11.50 pm. The notice released by NTA mentions that the NEET application form, correction window has been reopened after receiving a number of requests from the candidates. Check the official notice below.
How to fill NEET phase 2 application form 2021

Go to the official NTA NEET website neet.nta.nic.in

Login using NEET application number, password, security pin

Read the instruction carefully and enter OTP sent to the registered details

Fill the personal, class 10, class 11 and class 12 details, parent’s income, other information and click on ‘submit’ button

Candidates can preview the details filled in NEET 2021 application form phase 2

After verifying, click on ‘final submit’ button

What after NEET 2021 application form?
After filling of NEET registration 2nd phase, the NTA will announce the result at neet.nta.nic.in. NEET result 2021 date and time is yet to be notified. The result of NEET 2021 will be announced in the form of scorecard. NEET results can be downloaded using application number, date of birth, password and security pin.
NEET-UG 2021 exam was conducted on September 12 for admission to 83,075 medical, 26,949 dental, 52,720 AYUSH and 603 veterinary seats in India. This year, more than 16 lakh aspirants have appeared for the NEET medical entrance exam.
