SNAP is the mandatory entrance examination for admission to MBA and other postgraduate management programmes offered by Symbiosis institutes. Candidates are advised to complete the registration process well before the deadline and keep the required documents ready to avoid last-minute issues.
SNAP 2026 eligibility criteria
Candidates applying for SNAP 2026 should have fulfilled the following eligibility criteria:
- A bachelor's degree from a recognised university or institution.
- At least 50% aggregate marks (45% for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates).
- Final-year undergraduate students may also apply, subject to fulfilment of the eligibility criteria at the time of admission.
SNAP 2026 registration fee
The SNAP registration fee is expected to remain similar to previous years.
- SNAP test registration fee: Rs 2,250 per test (non-refundable and non-transferable).
- Institute application fee: Rs 1,000 per programme for each Symbiosis institute (in addition to the SNAP registration fee).
Candidates can pay the application fee through debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI or other online payment modes available on the registration portal.
Documents required for SNAP 2026 registration
Applicants should keep the following documents and information ready before filling out the SNAP 2026 application form:
- Valid email ID and mobile number.
- Passport-size colour photograph (as per prescribed specifications).
- Candidate's signature.
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets.
- Graduation mark sheets or latest semester marks (for final-year students).
- Category certificate (if applicable).
- Government-issued photo identity proof.
- Debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI details for fee payment.
Steps to fill SNAP 2026 application form
Candidates can follow these steps to complete the registration process:
- Visit the official SNAP website at snaptest.org.
- Click on the SNAP 2026 registration link.
- Register using a valid email ID and mobile number.
- Verify the registration through the OTP or email link.
- Fill in personal, academic and communication details.
- Upload the required photograph and signature.
- Select the preferred test date and test city.
- Choose the Symbiosis institutes and MBA programmes for admission.
- Pay the SNAP registration fee and institute application fee, if applicable.
- Submit the application form and download the confirmation page for future reference.

Candidates will be shortlisted based on the SNAP score. The shortlisted candidates will be invited by participating Symbiosis institutes for the next stages of the admission process, which may include group exercise, personal interaction and a written ability test, depending on the institute's admission policy.
