TA Pai Institute of Management invites applications for MBA programmes
TA Pai Institute of Management has opened admissions to MBA programmes for the 2022-24 batch. The last date to apply for the programmes is December 11.

NEW DELHI: The TA Pai Institute of Management, Karnataka has called for applications for its MBA programmes. The last date to apply for the programmes is December 11.

The eligibility criteria for Indian and CIWG students is a Graduate Degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks (final year student may also apply. The admission will be cancelled if they obtain less than 50% in his/her graduation).

For Candidates with work experience of more than 20 months as on March 31, 2022, the institute follows “Profile-based shortlisting”. Profile considered for shortlisting consists of
- Valid CAT, XAT, or GMAT scores (whichever is higher)
- Academic profile (10th, 12th, Graduation, Overall academic performance, etc.)
- Work experience (type of company, total experience in months, etc.)
- Extra-curricular achievements (State/ National/ International) if any
- The Statement of Purpose plays an important role in shortlisting

Students will be informed on the shortlist decision through email to their registered email address.
Selection Process
- English Proficiency Test (EPT): EPT assesses the English proficiency across listening, writing, and reading skills of the applicant.
- Moderated Group Discussions (MGD): Moderated Group Discussions involves 6 candidates per group and discussion is moderated by the faculty panel. Topics for MGD will be based on current affairs or issues debated on, in the last five years.
- Personal Interview (PI): TAPMI’s objective for conducting a personal interview is to understand the applicant’s attitude towards management education.
- The final selection of the candidate is based on Entrance Exam Score + academic profile + work experience + EPT Score + MGD Score + PI Score.

While the mode of interview is online the application fee for the programmes is Rs 1,000 each.
Admission Process for NRI, Foreign students
TAPMI offers admission to NRI and Foreign students for MBA programme only. The admission process for NRI and Foreign students remains the same as other students with few exceptions.
The valid entrance exam scores for
NRI Candidates: CAT / XAT / GMAT / NMAT / SNAP / ATMA / CMAT / MAT
PIO / Foreign Nationals: GMAT (compulsory) and IELTS (if required).
The application fee for applying to MBA is Rs 2,000.
