NEW DELHI: Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE TN) will declare the higher secondary second year or TN Class 12th results tomorrow, May 6. Students who appeared in Tamil Nadu Class 12 public exam 2024 will be able to check their marks and download the mark sheet from the official website, dge.tn.gov.in.
The Tamil Nadu state board conducted the TN 12th board exams 2024 from March 1 to March 22. Students who obtain a minimum mark of 35 out of 100 in each subject will be declared pass. Those who fail in one or more subjects will be given an opportunity to appear in the supplementary exams to improve their score.
As per the Tamil Nadu Class 12th result date and time, the state board has announced to declare the TN HSE results on May 6 at 9.30 am. The results will be hosted on the official websites, dge.tn.gov.in and tnresults.nic.in.
Last year, around 8 lakh students appeared in the 12th public exam, of which 7,55,451 students were declared pass by recording an overall pass percentage of 94.03%. Girls outperformed boys by scoring 96.38% pass percentage.

Students will also be allowed to apply for a scanned copy of the answer sheet, retotalling of marks, scrutiny, supplementary exams and migration certificate. Students who qualify the TN Class 12th board exam 2024 will have an option to pursue undergraduate courses, such as engineering, medicine, degree courses, or opt for diploma courses.
