Amity school students excel in the CBSE Class 12th Boards

NEW DELHI, MAY 6: Students of Amity International School (AIS) from across Delhi NCR performed exceptionally well in the CBSE Class XII Board exam results with 767 students scoring above 90% marks. Out of 1639 students, a majority of them (1480) attained distinction.
Neelanjana, AIS Noida, and Akriti Kiran, AIS Gurugram, top-scored with 99.2% in the Humanities stream. In the Commerce stream, Ananya Narang, AIS Vasundhara, Mansi Chaudhry, AIS Noida, and Tanvi Anand, AIS Gurugram scored 98.8%, 97.8% and 97.8 % respectively. Aaranya Chakraborty of AIS Mayur Vihar top-scored in the Science stream with 98.6%, closely followed by Ahlaam Rafiq of AIS Noida who secured 98.4%.
Among the specially-abled students of AIS Gurgaon Sector 43, Prasoon Rai, Disha Arya and Ananya Anil topped with 90.6%, 90.6% and 84.4% respectively. Diya Takyar, Student of AIS, Pushp Vihar who has been suffering from visual impairment, secured 91.4%.
Amity’s Amitasha School, an initiative for the development and uplift of underprivileged children, also witnessed remarkable results with Anu and Kajal Kashyap scoring 96.6% and 93.2% respectively.
“She was determined and focused from the very beginning and we knew that she would make us proud,” said Kajal’s father, Raj Kumar who is an e-rickshaw driver.
