NEW DELHI : Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has announced the practical exam date 2024 for Classes 10, 12. The practicals will be conducted from January 10 to 31, 2024.
“It has been decided to organize practical examinations and practical work for regular students of high school/higher secondary examination year 2024 conducted by Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education, Raipur in all the recognized institutions between 10th January to 31st January. In this regard, necessary instructions have been issued to all the institution principals,” the board said in an official notification.
The board said that no special chance will be given to students who are absent in the practical exams and the tests will not be conducted again.
While issuing the instructions for Chhattisgarh practical exams 2024, CGBSE asked schools to hold exams by the external invigilator appointed by the board and not the one appointed by the schools themselves.
External examiners will be appointed by the Board for practical examination, after their appointment, schools will have to contact the concerned external examiner to confirm the date of the practical exam. If for any reason the external examiner expresses his inability to take the practical examination, schools will have to obtain written representation from them along with the reasons and for alternative arrangements, the solution should be immediately established by contacting the coordination organization of their district.
Internal examiner will be appointed at the concerned institution level and for this subject teachers teaching in the institution will be appointed. The board said that external examiners will not be appointed by the board for project work, they will be determined at the concerned institution level only.
Schools have been asked to use the remaining answer sheets of previous years for the practical examination and in case of shortage, get the same at the local level.
