Completed RRB ALP recruitment process for 1,50,000 employees: Union railway minister

NEW DELHI: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has commenced the application process for the recruitment of various Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) posts. According to reports, after the RRB ALP selection process is over there will be more recruitment opportunities for the technical, non-technical as well group D positions in Indian railways.
"We have completed the employment process for 1,50,000 employees. Immediately after, we started the selection process for ALPs. There will be more employment opportunities in technical and non-technical popular categories and also in Group D. To ensure more opportunities for everyone, this will be an annual process." Union railway minister, Ashwini Vaishnaw told ANI .
RRB ALP Recruitment 2024: Registrations
The RRB commenced the registration process for the ALP recruitment 2024 on January 20. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 5,696 vacancies for the post of assistant loco pilot in Indian Railways. The deadline to apply for the RRB ALP recruitment 2024 is February 19. The RRB ALP application correction window will be active from February 20 to February 29. Interested and eligible candidates can register for RRB ALP recruitment 2024 on the official website, indianrailways.gov.in.

The RRB ALP selection process involves five stages- Computer Based Test (CBT 1), CBT 2, Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT), Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination (ME).

- Visit the official website of RRBs or the regional website.
- Click on the registration option.
- Register and generate your login credentials.
- Enter your credentials and fill out the application form.
- Upload necessary documents and pay the required fee.
- Save and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
