NEW DELHI : The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will declare the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2023 final answer key and result soon on the official website, ctet.nic.in. Candidates who appeared for the exam will be able to check the CTET 2023 result by logging in with their credentials with which they applied for the exam.
CTET 2023 provisional answer key was released on September 15. Applicants were allowed to raise objections to the provisional keys till September 18 by paying Rs 1,000 per question challenged. The subject experts will examine the challenges made by the students and release a final answer key with revisions, if any. CTET result 2023 will be prepared on the basis of the final answer key.
CTET 2023 was held on August 20 for two papers. Paper 1 was conducted for recruiting teachers for Class 1 to 6 while paper 2 was for teaching posts for Class 6 to 8.
In order to qualify for the exam, candidates belonging to the general category will have to score at least 60 percent marks. Students belonging to other categories will be given 5% relaxation in the qualifying criteria.
CTET 2023 certificate validity
The validity period of CTET qualifying certificate for appointment will be for life time for all categories. There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a CTET certificate. A person who has qualified CTET may also appear again for his/hscore.
Over 29 lakh students registered for CTET exam 2023. Of total, 15,01,719 candidates appeared for paper 1 while 14,02,184 sat for paper 2.
