As per the official CUET UG 2023 release, the eligibility criteria for appearing in entrance exam for UG programme is the same as last year and there is no age limit for the candidates. The basic eligibility criteria required a candidate should have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination or appearing in the examination in 2023 irrespective of their age.

CUET UG 2023 Eligibility criteria
The candidates who will to fill out CUET 2023 application form must qualify any of the following eligibility criteria.
- The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognized board or Council.
- Intermediate or two-year pre-university examination conducted by a recognized board or university.
- Final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy (NDA).
- Senior secondary school examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) with a minimum of five subjects.
- Any public school, board, or university examination recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
- Higher secondary certificate vocational examination.
- A diploma recognized by AICTE or a state board of technical education of at least three years duration.
- General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
- Candidates who have completed the Class 12 (or equivalent) examination outside India should produce a certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
- Candidate must have passed at least one public (Board or Pre-University) examination earlier.

CUET UG 2023 Documents required
- Scanned images of photograph and signature.
- Category certificates (If belonging to reserved category).
- Debit card/Internet banking details for payment of CUET registration fee 2023.
- Photo Identity proof such as Aadhaar, Bank passbook, Ration card copy, etc.
- PwBD certificate (if applicable).
