Galgotias University students to join NTU Singapore’s ASEAN summer programme

Galgotias University students Yash Vardhan Raj and Priyanshu Yadav will attend the ASEAN summer programme scheduled from June 25 to July 6.
The Galgotias University has announced the selection of two students for the ASEAN summer programme, hosted by Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. The Galgotias University students, Yash Vardhan Raj in the second year BSc microbiology programme and Priyanshu Yadav in the third year BTech CSE programme, will attend the ASEAN summer programme.
The programme will be held from June 25 to July 6 across Singapore and an ASEAN city in Vietnam.
According to the official Galgotias University statement, both Yash and Priyanshu were selected under the entrepreneurship and innovation summer track and were chosen from a pool of global applicants based on their academic performance, leadership aptitude and demonstrated interest in innovation and social impact. The achievement reflects on individual merit and the university’s growing presence on global academic platforms.

The ASEAN summer programme is an academic initiative aiming to strengthen cross-cultural collaboration, design thinking and entrepreneurship leadership and brings together students from across the globe to work in teams on projects aligned with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The programme curriculum integrates academic instruction with practical learning, offering exposure to real-world challenges and global problem-solving approaches to students.
