Goa Board HSSC result declared; Overall pass percentage is 85.84

NEW DELHI, APRIL 28: Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) has declared Goa Board HSSC result. The pass percentage for this year is 85.84. In 2017, the overall pass percentage was 88.78. The board has announced Goa Board 2018 HSSC result on its official website- gbshse.gov.in, candidates have to enter their roll number, seat number or name to check the same. The pass certificates and mark sheets will be issued to candidates on April 30.

Of the 18499 students who appeared for the exam, 4321 are from arts stream while 5595 from commerce. Total 5728 appeared from Science stream while 2855 from vocational courses. The total number of girls appeared is 9,667 while 8,832 boys appeared for the examination. Goa HSSC 2018 examination was conducted from March 5 to 24, 2018 across 16 exam centres.

Goa 12th result can be obtained via SMS also. In order to check the result through SMS candidates have to type GOA12<space>SEAT NUMBER and send it to 56263/ 58888/ 5676750/ 54242 or Type GB12<space>SEAT NUMBER and send it to 54242.

Private candidates should collect their pass certificates and mark sheet from the Board’s office Alto Betim Bardez Goa. They have to produce their hall ticket to collect mark sheet. Goa board HSSC supplementary exam is likely to be held in June.
