NEW DELHI: The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education has postponed the HPBOSE Class 10th result 2021. “It's because of a high court decision that said results should not be declared today,” said public relations officer/spokesperson Anju Pathak.
Earlier, the results were scheduled to be announced today at 11:30 am. Now, the board is likely to announce the new date for the Class 10th results 2021. It has been stated that the Class 10th results will not be declared till the board gets further orders from the court. Earlier, the apex court had asked all the state boards to declare the results by July 31, 2021.

Students have been asked to check the board’s official website regularly for updates. The Class 10th result will be available once released. They should keep their admit card ready for HP Class 10th result 2021.
This year, the board had cancelled the HPBOSE Class 10 board exams due to a spike in Covid-19 cases. Like other states, the HPBOSE has also adopted an alternative assessment method to calculate the marks of class 10 students.
Last year, the HP board had declared the class 10 exam result on June 9. Around 1,04,323 students had registered for the board exams, only 70,371 had qualified the Class 10th Board exams with a pass percentage of 68.11 per cent.
