NEW DELHI: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), the conducting body of OPENMAT XLIX, will close the registration today, March 25, 2021. Also, the last date to make corrections in the already submitted OPENMAT MBA 2021 application form is March 25. Candidates can visit the official website of IGNOU- ignou.ac.in, to apply online for OPENMAT entrance exam. The IGNOU OPENMAT MBA 2021 exam will be held on April 11.
To be eligible for the OPENMAT exam, a candidate should be any graduate (including CA/ CS/ Company Secretaryship) with a minimum of 50 percent marks for the general category and the reserved category candidate should have secured 45 percent marks. There is no age bar for candidates who want to apply for this OPENMAT XLIX 2021.

How to apply for IGNOU OPENMAT 2021?
Step 1 - Visit the official site of IGNOU on ignou.ac.in
Step 2 - Click on the “IGNOU OPENMAT 2021” link available on the home page
Step 3 - Fill the OPENMAT registration form by filling in the basic information
Step 4 - Note down the system-generated “OPENMAT Application Number”.
Step 5 - Re-login using the login credentials and fill the IGNOU OPENMAT 2021 application form
Step 6 - Upload all the required documents/ photograph/ signature in the prescribed format.
Step 7 - Pay the IGNOU OPENMAT application form fee online
Step 8 - Finally, download and take a printout of the submitted application form.
Instructions to edit OPENMAT MBA application form 2021

Visit the official website of IGNOU and login to the application form

After login candidates will see the “Edit Application” button, once clicked they will be redirected to the “Verify Details” page where they can click on the “Edit” button for making any change in a particular section.

After clicking the edit button, one can change the details on that section

After clicking the edit button, even if a candidate does not change any information they have to click the “Save/ Submit” button then the “Next” button to proceed further

Upload the relevant certificates again.
About OPENMAT
OPENMAT is a national level entrance exam for admissions to MBA/ PGDM courses offered at the School of Management Studies, IGNOU. OPENMAT exam is conducted twice a year. Candidates can opt for admission in any of the cycles as per the score validity.
