IGNOU Term-End Exam: December 2021 term-end examinations to begin from March 4
IGNOU December term-end examination to be conducted from March 4, 2022 to April 11

NEW DELHI: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will conduct the December term-end examination from March 4, 2022, to April 11 in its 800 exam centres, among which, 19 are in foreign countries and 89 in jails for jail inmates.
Candidates can download the hall tickets from IGNOU’s official website ignou.ac.in . IGNOU has issued hall tickets for more than 6.76 lakh students for the December term-end examination, said a statement from IGNOU.

Candidates can attend the IGNOU December term-end examination as the university had instructed the examination centres to let students write the examination even without hall tickets provided that their names are listed on the list of examinees for these centres and they possess an identity card from the university or the government. According to the IGNOU exam rules, mobile phones and electronic gadgets are prohibited inside the examination halls.

The examination centre superintendents have been instructed by IGNOU to implement Covid protocols issued by the centre or state to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection during the examination period.
The registration and re-registration deadline for the January 2022 admission session of IGNOU has been recently extended by the university till March 5 for open distance learning (ODL) and online programmes.
