IIM Lucknow launches new global leadership programme in collaboration with Imarticus learning

IIM Lucknow has launched the programme for upskilling professional managers who have 5 years of experience in finance and HR
NEW DELHI : The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has launched a global senior leadership programme in collaboration with Imarticus learning, a statement from the institute said. The programme is aimed towards upskilling professional managers who have at least five years of professional experience and are aspiring to secure leadership positions in finance, HR, operations and marketing functions.
The institute's statements further read that the programme aims to inculcate in the professional managers the required expertise to navigate the challenges in the field and acquire proficiency in engaging with other CXOs within and outside the organisation. The programme will involve 11 masterclass sessions from existing CXOs, which will help the candidates enrolled in the programme learn about the real life experiences.
Upon the successful completion of the programme, the candidates will also receive the executive alumni status of IIM Lucknow, the press release issued by the institute read.

Chairperson of Management Development programme at IIM Lucknow Nishant Uppal said: "The thoroughness and the research that has gone behind designing the course is impressive.
