Institute of Public Enterprise hosts ‘Convocation 2024’ ceremony for 442 students

The director of IPE, S Sreenivasa Murthy announced scholarships worth Rs 1.36 crore and a 90% placement rate reflecting student success at the institute.
NEW DELHI : The Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE) hosted its “Convocation 2024” ceremony, in Hyderabad. A total of 442 students witnessed the graduation from IPE. The topper of the PGDM Class of 2024 D Sai Venkata Sastry was awarded the Ujjawal Muddana Memorial gold medal at the ceremony.
The event was attended by Jayen Mehta the managing director of GCMMF Ltd. (Amul); K Madhava Rao IAS (Retd), president of the board of governors (BoG) at IPE and former chief secretary of Andhra Pradesh and Election Commissioner; S Sreenivasa Murthy the director of IPE including others from industry, students, parents, etc.
The festivities concluded with a formal vote of thanks delivered by M L N Rao the controller of examinations at IPE, the official IPE statement added.

IPE Convocation 2024
According to the official statement, S Sreenivasa Murthy the director of IPE highlighted the institute’s commitment to diverse pedagogy and innovative teaching methods. He also announced scholarships worth Rs 1.36 crores and a 90% placement rate reflecting dedication to student success.
“K Madhava Rao the president of the board of governors (BoG) at IPE inaugurated the Convocation 2024. He urged graduates to build a more equitable society by sharing their valuable experiences,” the official IPE statement said.
In his speech, Jayen Mehta shared his journey with Amul and highlighted its success in India’s dairy sector. He further emphasized that milk production is now on top in the agricultural sector in India, and cooperatives like Amul empower lower sections of society, and play a crucial role in making India aspire to become the third-largest economy. Mehta shared Amul’s vision to become the “Dairy of the World” emphasizing the importance of the 4Ps including Process, Proficiency, Potential, and Principles – in achieving success.
