Major 10 Tips to Prepare for IPMAT 2020
To secure perfect scores, candidates need to remain attentive with regard to their preparation strategy. Listed below are major IPMAT 2020 tips which can be followed by candidates-
Check the revised exam pattern-
Due to COVID 19 scenario, IIM Indore has made quite a few changes in the exam pattern with regard to the questions to be asked as well as time allotment.
Overview the basics-
Quickly go through the basic topics and revise them for better understanding.
Revise from flashcards / sticky notes-
Towards the fag end of preparation for any exam, it is difficult to study from the books. Hence candidates should revise for IPMAT 2020 exam from flashcards and sticky notes. Candidates can keep them at a place clearly visible to them and read the content whenever possible for better understanding.
Mental calculations-
Try to focus more on mental calculations as this will save a lot of time.
Time management-
Try to divide your answering strategy as per the time allotment of IPMAT 2020 i.e. QA (MCQs- 30 minutes and SA- 30 minutes), VA (MCQ- 30 minutes)
Attempt mocks-
In the last week, candidates are suggested to give one mock test of IPMAT 2020 in a day to understand where they are lacking. They can revise their strategy if needed.
Practice question paper sets-
Previous years question papers of IPMAT are of great help while preparation as suggested by experts and toppers.
Do not forget short answer questions-
In IPMAT 2020 question papers, along with MCQs there will also be short answer questions. Candidates should try to attempt those as there is no negative marking for it.

Candidates should not wait until the last day and try to get the IPMAT 2020 admit card printed. Without admit card, all entries are barred and hence to avoid any kind of panic, candidates should have the admit card ready.
