JAIN Deemed-to-be University offers 50% scholarship for GATE-qualified students

NEW DELHI: JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) has announced 50% scholarships for Graduate Aptitude Test In Engineering (GATE) qualified students for its MTech programmes. The grant aims to support and reward academic excellence in postgraduate engineering education.
The deemed-to-be university offers MTech courses in food technology, aerospace propulsion technology, aerodynamics engineering, VLSI and embedded systems design, electric vehicle technology, and structural engineering.
As per the scholarship rule, the university will provide scholarship to one eligible student per branch, which will cover 50% of first-year tuition fee. Notably, students have to score at least 60% in semester exams to avail the scholarship in the subsequent year.
JAIN Scholarship: Eligibility
In order to avail the scholarship, students should be Indian national with a valid GATE score and apply for the MTech programmes at the JAIN (Deemed-to-be university).
The university also notified that students, who have qualified the GATE, will not be required to take the Jain Entrance Test (JET) and can proceed directly to the online personal interview round.
Students will be given admission to MTech courses at the JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) on the basis of the marks obtained in the JET, followed by the personal interview.
