National Testing Agency has successfully concluded the JEE Main 2021 exam on August 26. JEE Main 4th session shift 1 exam on August 26 was conducted from 9 AM to 12 PM. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check the JEE Main 2021 paper analysis here. Today JEE paper analysis is provided here on the basis of students reaction, section wise analysis, topic wise weightage and other parameters.

JEE Main paper analysis by Aakash
Mathematics: For a large section of students, Mathematics part was moderate. As predicted, some questions involved lengthy calculations. There were 7 to 8 questions from calculus, about 7 questions from Algebra and 3 to 4 questions from Vectors and 3-Dimensional Geometry about 4questions from Coordinate Geometry and 2 from Trigonometry.
Chemistry: This section was easy and NCERT based. Almost equal number of questions were asked from the Physical, Inorganic and Organic branches of Chemistry. Majority of questions in the numerical value based section were from Physical Chemistry. Whole of the paper was NCERT based. Covering NCERT and its Examplar would be the key to score good marks. Chapters like Biomolecules, Polymers and Chemistry in everyday life besides regular topics found due representation in the paper.
Physics: As per the students reaction, Physics paper was also of moderate difficulty level. Questions were asked from all the prominent chapters - 3 questions from Optics, 5 questions from Mechanics, 4 questions from Thermodynamics and 5question from Modern Physics among others are worth mentioning.
JEE Main paper analysis by FIITJEE
Mathematics - Moderate level: Questions were asked from chapters majorly from Calculus, Co-ordinate Geometry, Algebra. Questions were asked from chapters like Progressions, Binomial Theorem, Matrices, Permutation & Combination in Algebra, Circle, Straight Line, Ellipse in Coordinate Geometry & Limits, Continuity & Differentiability, Definite Integral in Calculus. Few Numerical Based questions required lengthy calculations.
Physics – Easy to Moderate level: Questions were asked from Kinematics, Optics, Electrostatics, Magnetism, Current Electricity, EM waves, Heat and Thermodynamics, Communication systems & Modern Physics. Few Numerical based questions had lengthy calculations but were easy. This section was balanced compared to the other two subjects.
Chemistry – Easy to Moderate level: Questions covered chapters like Ionic Equilibrium, Electrochemistry, Co-ordination compounds, Chemistry in Everyday life. More weightage was given to chapters of Organic & Inorganic Chemistry. Organic Chemistry had questions mostly from oxygen containing organic compounds. Inorganic Chemistry had mostly questions from NCERT. Questions from s-block & p - block elements were given more weightage. Numerical section had some lengthy calculations but were easy.
JEE Main phase 4 exam date is August 26, 27, 31 and September 1 & 2. Applicants appearing for the exam must carry the JEE Main phase 4 admit card along with one valid ID proof at the exam centre.
JEE Main 2021 paper analysis - August 26 shift 1
As per the JEE Main 2021 question paper today, a total of 30 questions were asked from each section. 20 questions were of multiple choice type, while the other 10 questions were integer type. Candidates have to attempt five questions out of 10 integer type questions.
Chemistry: As per the students reaction, the chemistry section was easy to moderate in difficulty level. Most of the questions were asked from NCERT and theory based.
Mathematics: The mathematics section was moderate in difficulty level. Questions were less calculative as compared to JEE Main July session exam.
Physics: As per the reactions, physics section was easy to moderate. The questions were asked from both 11th and 12th class with equal weightage.

As per the students reaction, all the COVID-19 guidelines and SOPs were followed at the exam centre. Applicants were allowed to carry their personal face mask, hand sanitizer and transparent water bottle inside the exam hall.
The National Testing Agency is conducting the JEE Main 2021 exam in four phases for the admissions to BTech, BArch, and BPlan courses offered by various institutions.
