NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2023 exam date. This year, JEE Main 2023 will be held as a computer based test in two sessions - January and April . The JEE Main exam date 2023 for session 1 is January 24, 25, 27 to 31 while session 2 will be conducted from April 6 to 12.

Along with the JEE Main 2023 exam date, the NTA has also notified about the IIT JEE Main registration process. Candidates will be able to submit JEE Main 2023 application form at jeemain.nta.nic.in soon.
JEE Main 2023 Exam Date
NTA will be JEE Mains 2023 exam dates for session 1 are January 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31, 2023. JEE Mains 2023 session 2 will be held from April 6 to 12, 2023.
JEE Main Registration 2023
Filling out the application form of JEE Main 2023 is the first step to get admission into National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and other institutes. It is mandatory for candidates to complete JEE Main 2023 registration before the deadline to be eligible for the IIT JEE entrance exam. To fill JEE Main application form 2023, students will have to follow the following steps:
- Visit JEE Main 2023 official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in
- Click on the JEE 2023 registration link
- Complete registration by entering basic information such as name, contact number, email id etc.
- Next, using the generated login credentials, fill out the JEE Main application form 2023.
- Next, upload relevant documents.
- Finally, make the payment of the JEE Main 2023 registration fee.
JEE Mains 2023 session 1
For Academic Session 2023-24, it has been decided that the JEE Main 2023 will be conducted in two Sessions i.e. Session 1 (January 2023) and Session 2 (April 2023). The details for the Session 1 (January 2023) are given below:

JEE Main Exam
The JEE Main exam is conducted by the NTA every year for BTech admission into NITs, Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs), and other Government Funded Technical Institutions (GFTIs). Students willing to get admission into BArch courses have to appear for JEE Main paper 2 exam. For IIT admission, aspirants are required to appear and qualify the JEE Main as well as JEE Advanced exam. Top 2,50,000 JEE Main 2023 qualifiers will be eligible for the Advanced exam.
