JEE Main date for January 2021 session is expected to be announced in this webinar session which is already much delayed. As per the NTA officials, JEE Main 2021 will not be conducted as per the usual schedule. The JEE Main form is yet to be released for the upcoming session. According to the speculations, JEE Main January session will now be conducted in February, however, the April session will also be pushed to May 2021.
There is much delay because the second session of JEE Main 2020 was conducted in September after which admissions in the engineering institutes are still going on. As for schools, conduct of classes is online with limited interaction between teachers and students. Due to all these hurdles caused by COVID-19 pandemic this year, the upcoming session is full of doubts.
All of this shall be addressed by the Education Minister on December 10 through a webinar at 10 am.
