University of Lucknow has announced the exam dates for the Postgraduate Entrance Test (PGET 2025). The Lucknow University PGET 2025 for admission to PG courses will be held from July 17 to July 23.
Candidates who have applied for more than one subject and face a clash in exam dates should immediately inform the university on the email – pgluadmissions25@gmail.com – latest by July 10.
The Lucknow University PGET admit card 2025 for all registered candidates will be issued soon on the official website, lkouniv.ac.in.
Admission procedures for 25 PG courses will be announced later, it said. These courses include AIH and Archaeology, Acharya, Arab Culture, Arabic, Biostatistics, Composite History, Defence Studies, French, Home Science, Sanskrit, Urdu, Western History, Women Studies, Public Policy and Governance, Population Studies, Environmental Sciences.
The university clarified that a candidate will not be allowed to pursue two regular postgraduate degrees simultaneously, instead, they will be permitted to enroll in one regular and one online PG course at the same time.
For admission to MBA programmes, candidates will have to appear in Lucknow University Management Entrance Test (LUMET 2025). The selection process will include an interview round as well. For some courses, such as BPEd and MPEd, there will be a physical fitness test after the written exam.
