Try NowNEW DELHI : The State Common Entrance Test (CET) cell will announce the round 1 seat allotment result for Maharashtra National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2024 counselling tomorrow, August 30. Candidates who participated in round 1 counselling process will be able to download the Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 seat allotment result through the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org.

Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the NEET UG 2024 round 1 seat allotment result.
The Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 round 1 provisional merit list was issued on August 26. The round 1 merit list includes the names of 55,781 candidates. In addition to the merit list, the CET cell has also released a list of candidates who registered for the counselling process.
The provisional merit list PDF mentions details on NEET All India Rank (AIR), NEET roll number, CET cell online form number, name of candidate, gender, category, NRI status, and special reservation.
Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 choice filling deadline
As per the counselling schedule, candidates will be able to fill choices for Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 counselling till today, August 29. The Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 round 1 seat allotment result will be announced on the basis of choices filled, merit list and seat availability.
Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 Counselling: How to fill choices
- Visit the Official Website: Use your registered credentials (Application ID and password) to log in to your account.

Choice Filling Option : After logging in, locate and click on the "Choice Filling" or "Fill Choices" tab.

Select Courses and Colleges : A list of available courses and colleges will be displayed. Browse through the options and select the colleges and courses in the order of your preference.

Arrange Preferences : Arrange your selected choices according to your priority. You can add, remove, or reorder your choices until you are satisfied.

Save Choices : After finalizing your choices, make sure to save them. Some portals may have a "Save and Continue" or "Save and Proceed" button.

Lock Choices : Once you are confident about your selection, lock your choices. After locking, you won't be able to make any changes. Ensure all choices are accurate before locking.
