MDI Gurgaon launches PDGM in business administration for Delhi-NCR working professionals

NEW DELHI: The Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon has started inviting applications for its Post Graduate Diploma (PGDM) programme in Business Administration (BA) for working executives residing in Delhi-NCR. Those interested can apply for the programme on its official website at mdi.ac.in.
The 24-month PGDM in BA offered by the Gurgaon-based institute is open for working executives and entrepreneurs in the National Capital Region (NCR) who do not have any prior knowledge of formal management education, the official notice said.
“It is the perfect opportunity for professionals who wish to enhance their managerial capabilities without taking a career break,” the institute said. Working professionals can apply for the PGDM programme on the official website of MDI Gurgaon by July 15, 2025.

MDI Gurgaon PGDM in BA programme: Duration, syllabus
The two-year-long BA programme will have four terms each academic year. The management course will consist of 20 core subjects and 14 elective courses. In the final term, candidates will be part of a mandatory fieldwork.
Lectures, case studies, group discussions, business games and simulations, are part of the syllabus. Classes will be conducted in the evening and on weekends. “In the first three terms, classes are held Thursday to Sunday evenings from 6:30 pm to 9:45 pm and Sundays from 10:00 a to 5:15 pm,” the institute added.
Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Deloitte, American Express, Essar, Accenture Strategy and Consulting, Denso Haryana Pvt. Ltd, ICICI & Carrier Airconditioning and Refrigeration Ltd and many more were part of the programme in the past, the institute said.
