NEW DELHI: The Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test, MPTET Varg 3 exam for recruiting primary school teachers will be held on March 5, announced the state’s Professional Examination Board (MPPEB). The exam will be conducted across 16 cities in Madhya Pradesh.
According to the education department, it is mandatory for the candidates to be registered in the employment office. The exams will be conducted in two shifts, the first shift from 9:30 am to 12 noon and the second shift from 3 pm to 5:30 pm. Around 11 lakh candidates are expected to attend the MPTET Varg 3 exam.

The MPTET Varg 3 exams will be held in the cities of Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Ujjain, Neemuch, Ratlam, Mandsaur, Sagar, Satna, Khandwa, Guna, Sidhi, Damoh, Chhindwara and Balaghat. Details such as exam city, venue and shift timings are provided on the MPTET Varg 3 admit card. Candidates are required to check and confirm the details before going to the exam so that any confusion can be avoided.

The MPTET exam date has been announced by the Professional Examination Board (PEB) on its official website peb.mp.gov.in . Candidates can go through the official notification for further details.
