NBEMS launches official WhatsApp channel to share exam, accreditation, training updates

Use NowNEW DELHI: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has launched its official WhatsApp channel to give updates on examinations, accreditation, admissions, and training.
Expressing its commitment to promoting effective communication with candidates, medical institutions, faculty members, and healthcare professionals, NBEMS said, “To enhance accessibility to critical information, NBEMS has launched its official WhatsApp Channel, serving as a trusted platform for disseminating real-time updates.”
NBEMS WhatsApp channel: Functions
Giving details on the functions of the the newly launched social media channel, the medical board informed that the NBEMS WhatsApp Channel aims to update the concerned persons about the following:
Examinations : Timely notifications regarding examination schedules, information bulletin, application procedures, admit card availability, result announcements etc.
Accreditation : Updates on accreditation processes, eligibility criteria, application requirements etc for institutions seeking accreditation with NBEMS.
Training and Monitoring : Information on counselling for admission to various NBEMS courses, registration with NBEMS as trainee , training guidelines, thesis, webinars and academic programmes.
“By subscribing to the NBEMS WhatsApp Channel, stakeholders can access up-to-date information directly on their mobile devices. The updates shared on this channel may be authenticated with corresponding information hosted on official website of NBEMS,” the board added.
NEMBS conducts the National Eligibility Entrance Test - Postgraduate (NEET PG), NEET SS , NEET MDS, Fellowship Entrance Test (FET), Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT), and exit examinations such as Foreign Medical Graduate Exam (FMGE).
