Medicos worried about NEET PG 2024
“They might have already sold and leaked the paper. First postponement of #NEET PG the preponment then change of pattern just 2 months before exam now this paper leak fiasco. On top of that admit card issue. Tremendous mismanagement. Sould've solved these issues then taken the exam,” a X user said.
“Paper leak is a common thing. I remember they cancelled Delhi PG in 2010 just 10 days before exam, then took over by AIIMS and then NEET PG. And I am 100% sure the top 10 ranks at AIIMS SS and PG are always rigged. People who we can't imagine were ranked higher up,” another user posted on X.
“NEET PG 2024 must be extended as in this paper leak and malicious environment, exams to be postponed as it's tough to accept fair examination procedure right now. Earlier too in 2017-18 centers got fixed for online exams of PG,” an aspirant wrote on X.
NEET PG exam pattern
The board on May 4 announced its decision to introduce mandatory time-bound sections in all its MCQ-based exams, including NEET PG. The move received strong criticism from aspirants asking the board not to treat graduates as “lab rats”.
As per the revised exam pattern, if there are five sections, each part will have 40 questions and candidates will be given 42 minutes to attempt, the board explained.
NEET PG 2024 will be conducted in a computer-based test (CBT) mode from 7 am to 6 pm. The question paper will comprise of 200 MCQs with each question having 4 options. The exam will now be divided into multiple time-bound sections and will be held for a duration of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
