NEW DELHI: The Odisha Police Recruitment Board has issued notification for recruitment of 933 sub inspector and equivalent posts. The Odisha Police recruitment 2025 registration process has commenced from today, January 20. As per the official schedule, the Odisha Police recruitment 2025 registration deadline is February 10,10 pm.
Interested and eligible candidates will be able to apply for Odisha Police recruitment 2025 by visiting the official website, odishapolice.gov.in. The Odisha Police recruitment offers a pay scale of Rs 35,400 per month, aligned with cell-1 of level 9 in the ORSP-2017 pay matrix. As per the Odisha police recruitment 2025 notification, this includes a pay band of Rs 9,300 to Rs 34,800 and a grade pay of Rs 4,200.

Odisha Police SI Recruitment 2025: Eligibility criteria

- Candidates are required to have passed HSC conducted by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha or any other recognised board.
- The applicants are required to be between 21 to 25 years of age as of January 1, 2024.
- There is a relaxation of five years in the upper age limit for SC, ST, SEBC, and women candidates.
- For SI of police, sub inspector of police (Armed) and Asst Jailor, the candidates are required to have passed bachelors' degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- For station officer post, candidates are required to be a science or engineering graduate from a recognized university.
- Candidates should be able to read, write and speak Odia.
