Pearl Academy, RGNIYD collaborate on UG, PG courses

Pearl Academy offers BDes, MDes, BBA, and MBA in various fields such as fashion, design, media, communication, and other creative design programmes.
NEW DELHI: The Creative Arts Education Society (CAES), operating through its constituent academic facilities of Pearl Academy, has partnered with the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), Institute of National Importance, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports Government of India.
The partnership encompasses all its bachelor’s and master’s degrees at all Pearl Academy campuses including Delhi West, Delhi South, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Jaipur. The agreement was signed on September 5, 2023, and the degrees will be awarded effective 2024 intake.
The courses offered at the institute are Bachelor of Design (B Des), MDesign (MDes), BBA, and MBA in various fields such as fashion, design, media, communication, and other creative design programmes.
The academy stated that the UG programmes offered by CAES at its campuses are of four years and provide specialisation. The bachelor of design encompasses a range of degree programmes such as fashion design, fashion styling, fashion communication, interior design, communication design, and product design. The institute also provides BBA regular and BBA in fashion and luxury management for three years.
The institute’s PG programmes include MDesign in fashion design, fashion styling, fashion communication, interior design, communication design, and product design. The institute also provides an MBA programme in fashion and luxury management, MDes regular, and MBA regular.
According to Pearl Academy , it has a hi-tech infrastructure that focuses on global exposure, tech expertise, and life skills. The institute is associated with leading industry bodies like the Fashion Design Council of India, the Association of Designers of India, and the Institute of Indian Interior Designers.
