SRCC phase 1 placements 2023-24 concludes; highest salary at Rs 35 lakh

SRCC Placements 2023-24: A total of 1,141 students received internships, of which BCom (Hons) students received the highest number of offers.
NEW DELHI: Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) received a total of 160 job offers in phase 1 placement season 2023-24. The highest salary package offered to the students was at Rs 35 lakh per annum (LPA) and an average package of Rs 12.73 LPA.
A total of 44 recruiters participated in SRCC phase 1 placements and the gross value was at Rs 21.5 crore, the college said.
Out of the total 1,007 students who took part in the placement drive, 800 were from BCom (Hons), 207 BA Economics (Hons). Of which, 463 were male students and 544 were female students.
Several students also got internship offers. While the gross value of the stipend was Rs 27 lakh, the highest internship stipend was Rs 3.67 lakh per month. A total of 1,141 students who participated in internships, 31 received internship offers, of which BCom (Hons) students received the highest number of offers.
The top recruiters were McKinsey & Co, Boston Consulting Group, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Nomura, Kearney, L.E.K. Consulting, AB InBev, Accenture Strategy 3. First-time Recruiters: A&W Capital, Blackstone, Elevar Equity, Groww.
SRCC saw a 69% increase in gross value in 2022-23 compared to 2020-21 and a 47% increase in the highest stipend. “14% Increase in Highest Offer in 2022-23 as compared to 2020-21,” it said.
