TCS invites registrations for TCS MBA Hiring from management graduates

TCS MBA Hiring invites management graduates of the year 2020, 2021, and 2022. Last date to apply is November 9 for TCS MBA Hiring.
NEW DELHI: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has invited registration for TCS MBA Hiring, management hiring initiative, exclusively for the management graduates. Management graduates of the year 2020, 2021, and 2022 can register on the official website of TCS before November 9 for TCS MBA Hiring.
“The initiative is exclusively open for all management graduates who can join our workforce in FY 2022-23. The path to build a strong foundation to a remarkable career is now open for all PAN India candidates with Year of Passing (YOP) as 2020,2021 & 2022 for permitted specializations only,” said TCS announcing the initiative on its official site.

TCS MBA Hiring: Application process
Step 1. Log in to the TCS Next Step Portal here
Step 2. Register and apply for the TCS MBA Hiring
Step 3. Select your mode of test as Remote and click on ‘Apply’
Step 4. To confirm your status, check ‘Track Your Application’. The status should reflect as ‘Applied for Drive’.

TCS will consider applicants with two years full-time MBA,MMS, PGDBA, PGDM with specialization in marketing, finance, operations, supply chain management, information technology, general management, business analytics, project management. TCS will accept applications from candidates with minimum aggregate marks of 60% or above in Classes 10, 12, diploma (if applicable), graduation, post graduation examination.
The MBA hiring will require BTech, B.E background prior to MBA, Integrated MBA as mandatory. Students with backlogs at the time of appearing for the TCS selection process will not be considered for selection.

TCS will consider the overall academic gap of two years, incase of gap, It is mandatory for students to declare gaps in education, and provide valid reasons supported by document proof
Students who have completed their secondary and senior secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply provided other courses are full time.
TCS will conduct the test to select the candidates, and it will have 47 questions on verbal aptitude(7 questions), quantitative aptitude (20 questions), business aptitude (20 questions). The test will be of 90 minutes. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can visit TCS website for more details on the hiring process.
